We need your help. The world does change, after all, though not always for the better.
For example, the threat facing our youth as a result of bullying in our schools is at unprecedented levels. In this instance, we’ve seen the world is changing, right? But it is going the wrong direction!
Can we change the world for the better?
At SFC, we believe we can—but not alone! Stand for Courage needs your help.
Be a part of our movement to lead social change among our youth. Perhaps you have witnessed bullying that's happened right in front of you. Many of us have. Think for a moment of how good it would feel (perhaps did feel) to be that hero who steps in to save a child from being bullied—from being humiliated and made to feel small and worthless.
You can be that hero.
Stand for Courage gives voice to the targets of bullying, and uses those combined voices to shout from the rooftops about doing the right thing. Our heroes do it every day by standing for courage in their real life experiences and challenge.
We expect heroes to do the right thing, after all. At Stand for Courage we are empowered every day to change the world, because there are heroes among us.

Help your school, community organization or your friends know about Stand For Courage! We need to let those in grades 6-12 know about our organization and how they can be nominated for awards or bring Stand For Courage to your school.
You can start by telling your school about our website, nominate someone at your school for an award, or make a video and post it about how you are standing for courage.
You can like us on facebook or post about our movement or follow our tweets.
You can make your own Stand For Courage videos for posting to our YouTube site, write and tell us your story, and post your favorite poems, songs, and movie clips that support our work.

While we are currently piloting our program (we are honored with a new financial capacity, recently awarded from the American Psychological Association’s Visionary grant!), in the near future Stand For Courage will be establishing teams at schools and community centers and within organizations. If you would like to help us implement our program at your location, click HERE to let us know!
